You may know Charlie Todd as the man behind the internet sensation Improv Everywhere. You also may know that he created the "Frozen Grand Central" prank. But did you know that Robin Williams recreated the "Frozen Grand Central" prank while playing a murderer/molester version of Charlie on an episode of "Law & Order: SVU"? Well he did. We watch that episode of "Law & Order: SVU "episode, called "Authority."
